With the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to protect our customers & our team, which includes everyone from the sales team, warehouse manager & our own delivery drivers.
We are undertaking rigorous & regular cleaning in line with current guidelines concentrating on shop door handles, bathroom door handles etc.
One area of main consideration is to reassure you that our delivery drivers are hand sanitising pre & post delivery into your home. With this in mind, as we are doing everything we can to prevent cross infection, we would also ask that if you start to feel unwell, and are expecting a delivery from us, that you call us immediately to rescehdule your delivery (01283 539260) or message us at email@example.com stating your order reference number and which date you are expecting delivery. Your furniture will be just fine sat in our secure warehouse for as long as is necessary, until you’re feeling better, and all symptoms have gone.
We apologise in advance that we may have delays on some of your furniture due to be delivered, this is unfortunately out of our hands at the moment. We are trying to keep you updated, and minimise disruption for you all.
