In line with the current Covid regulations, effective as of 4.00am this morning, all staff inside the store will be wearing face masks until such time that we are advised otherwise. It is also now mandatory for our customers to wear face masks whilst in our stores, thus protecting yourself & our team in the hope that this Christmas will be a little more normal. Once the current risk has lessened & our government & the WHO have advised that the wearing of face masks is no longer compulsory, we will then reassess & post to our website accordingly.

Further to this evenings announcement by our Prime Minister Boris Johnson, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back into our safe & sanitised store from Monday 12th April 2021.
During this latest lockdown, we have been proactive in deep cleaning the store paying particular attention to touch points around the store, and have also finished off the carpeting of the sofa shop. We have also updated many of our ranges which we are really excited to be showing you once we open.

With the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to protect our customers & our team, which includes everyone from the sales team, warehouse manager & our own delivery drivers.
We are undertaking rigorous & regular cleaning in line with current guidelines concentrating on shop door handles, bathroom door handles etc.
One area of main consideration is to reassure you that our delivery drivers are hand sanitising pre & post delivery into your home. With this in mind, as we are doing everything we can to prevent cross infection, we would also ask that if you start to feel unwell, and are expecting a delivery from us, that you call us immediately to rescehdule your delivery (01283 539260) or message us at coytes@hotmail.com stating your order reference number and which date you are expecting delivery. Your furniture will be just fine sat in our secure warehouse for as long as is necessary, until you’re feeling better, and all symptoms have gone.
We apologise in advance that we may have delays on some of your furniture due to be delivered, this is unfortunately out of our hands at the moment. We are trying to keep you updated, and minimise disruption for you all.
